My wife and I were in the market for a used Ford Expedition. We had been shopping online and had looked at several of them at many different dealerships and was unable to find exactly what we wanted. We came across a vehicle online that we thought we may be interested in and it was located at Butler Max in Macon, GA. This was a long ways for where we live, but I called and spoke with Ronnie Moore about the vehicle. Ronnie was straight forward and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions about the vehicle. After talking to Ronnie we decided to go down and take a closer look at the vehicle. I had been pre-approved though a bank of my choosing at a rate of 6.6 percent. Ronnie told me that he thought he could probably get me a better rate. When we got Butler Max we were greeted with smiles and with great customer service. The vehicle we were interested in was being cleaned and while we were waiting to look at it Ronnie took us in his office and answered any questions we had. After the vehicle was done being cleaned we went out to look at it. After looking at the vehicle it was not exactly what we were looking for. We thought, oh no we came all the way down here and this is not the vehicle we wanted. Ronnie attempted to find something else we might be interested in. We found a couple vehicles online at a couple other Butler locations in the Macon, GA area and Ronnie took us to the different locations to show us the vehicles. Again we did not like those vehicles either. We had one more location to check. We went to the location and looked around thinking we're not going to find anything and our day had been wasted, but as soon as we pulled in on the lot we seen it, a vehicle that we like. Ronnie went inside and got the key to the vehicle so that we could have a closer look at it. We checked it out and loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for. We sat down and worked on the numbers and I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I was happy with what I got for my trade and also got a lower rate at 5.5 percent. I spent the whole day at Butler Max and had a great experience. Ronnie spent the whole day with us also. We had some laughs and made make a friend. Ronnie took great care of us and made us feel comfortable. We went home with the vehicle that night. After about 4 weeks I noticed that my trade in had not been completely paid off and after calling and speaking with Ronnie about the problem I had it was fixed in two day. I had an excellent experience with Butler Max and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Ronnie.
