Hi! I'm Charlie Brown and I am the Service Director of ButlerMax and Butler Volkswagen. I have been in the automotive business as a manager for over 18 years and have been involved with many of the car manufacturers we service here today. My service staff of technicians and support personnel have all been chosen by me because of they're dedication to performing exceptional vehicle service and never putting anything before the customers needs. The amount of combined experience among all my staff exceeds 100 years. They all stay current on required training and most are A.S.E. certified. We are among the few used car dealers in Middle Georgia that have an "on-site" service facility and maintain all the latest technology and equipment to service all vehicles on the road today while offering a warranty on all repairs. Mary Mansfield
Hi there! My name is Mary Mansfield but I like to be called Lulu here at work. I am one of the ButlerMax service advisors and have been here for almost four years. Hey! I'm Sam Sikking the Assistant Service Manager here at "The Max". Charlie and I have known each other and have been working together for over 10 years. I enjoy working here at Butler and meeting every new owner. Hello, I am Jerediah Cain. I am a Parts Professional at the Butler Automotive Group. I am Certified in VW parts and have 4 years of experience in servicing customers at the dealership level. I also was a Manager of a Collision Center with over 5 years of collision repair experience and extensive knowledge of body parts and accessories.
